這款來自千葉縣鍋店酒造的「不動」，是捕捉季節氣息的極致之作。特有的「おりがらみ（Origarami）」工藝，保留了釀造時珍貴的細緻米粕，為酒液注入了輕微的天然氣泡與乳脂感。

選用山形縣「出羽燦々」酒米，精磨至 55% 並啟用 1801 號香氣酵母，開瓶瞬間，栗子與熟透瓜果的芬芳撲鼻而來。入口後，綿密的氣泡感帶出米飯的溫潤甘甜，酸度與旨味層次分明，收尾乾淨俐落。這是一瓶極具生命力的生原酒，適合在冷藏後直接享用，感受生酒特有的鮮活魅力。
