這是栃木縣仙禽酒造每年夏季限量登場的代表作。憑藉繽紛且充滿童趣的甲蟲酒標，以及招牌的酸甜清爽風味，一向極受歡迎。酒體帶著輕快微微氣泡感，風味宛如「大人專屬的檸檬氣水」。

「仙禽」創立於1806年，坐落於以日本三大美肌溫泉之一——喜連川溫泉而聞名的栃木縣佐倉市。「仙禽」一詞指代為仙人侍奉的仙鶴，兼具酒造與品牌之名。仙禽堅持「Domaine（莊園釀造）」理念，全數採用當地種植的酒米釀造。由於清酒有高達七成是水，選用與釀造水同源撫育的稻米，更能勾勒出獨一無二的風土個性，展現極具在地特色與靈魂的韻味。
