來自日本新澙縣的「加茂錦酒造」，由年僅 25 歲的年輕杜氏田中悠一掌舵。他以顛覆傳統的嶄新思維，成功打造出風靡當代年輕酒迷的現象級清酒。旗下最受矚目的代表作，當屬產量極其稀少的「荷札酒」限定系列。「荷札酒」打破常規，將清酒標籤設計成如同極簡洗鍊的「行李標牌」，並透明化地標示出釀酒桶號，將現代工業風與釀酒工藝完美結合。由於產量十分有限，本系列主要透過「特約店限定」方式極少量發售，是當今清酒界炙手可熱的限量收藏珍品。
