「敷嶋山田錦純米吟釀無濾過生原酒」由是愛知縣的「伊東合資會社釀造」出品的酒款。「伊東合資會社釀造」創業於天明8年(1788年)，曾經是名聲響遍全國的銘釀藏。在江戶時代酒類短缺的時期，由「龜崎」以千石船直送供應清酒。在同一時期亦大受歡迎的江戶國文學者「本居宣長」的詞中「若問及何謂敷島大和心，朝日下飄香之山櫻花」的枕詞衍生出「敷嶋」的名字。
