【清酒界王者—十四代家傳戶曉】

高木酒造創立於1615年，擁有 400 年的悠久歷史，山形縣最古老的酒造。
高木家以前是朝廷的高級官員和貴族，不幸因應仁之亂被打敗，逃到北方的山形縣。雖然是逃命，但是生活不是想像中的落魄。二次大戰前，高木家擁有一大片森林田野，當地人更稱為「高木山」，現時他們擁有3500坪地作酒藏，顯然地財雄勢大。

十四代在國際間聲勢浩大，更已連續 15 年 IWC 受賞，其身價更是高得驚人，出產量又稀少。而在十四代出產之前，高木家已釀出了品評相當好的「朝日鷹」，更可說是高木家的家族象徵。
