「大七妙花蘭曲 OMEGA Ω 生酛純米大吟釀雫原酒」是「妙花蘭曲」系列中最高階、全球限量的清酒，象徵極致美學。其名稱「Ω」寓意終極境界，瓶身刻有「ALTIORA PETO」(追求更高)的拉丁文，展現「大七酒造」對極致美味的不懈追求。此酒採用「冰溫熟成」，平衡果香、酸味與甘口，適合作為餐前酒或單獨品飲。

「大七酒造」堅持「生酛」傳統釀造方式，以自然微生物與藏人匠心成就品質。獨創的「超扁平研磨」技術，能均勻去除糙米表層，最大程度保留釀酒所需澱粉，提升口感純淨度並強化保存性，使清酒更加清爽、醇厚且持久耐存。
