「彩來 Sara 純米大吟釀無濾過生原酒」擁有絲滑的質感，散發出豐富的荔枝和麝香葡萄香氣，口感爽快，酸度適中，餘韻優雅。「無濾過」是指為了保留釀造後最原始的風味和透明的酒液，釀酒師會選擇品質最佳的清酒，不進行過濾或僅進行粗濾。

埼玉縣上尾市的北星酒造於2018年推出的限量銘柄「Sara」，其名稱取自埼玉縣的別名「彩之國」，寓意為「改變世界，清酒降臨彩之國」。這款「Sara」是第5代釀酒廠老闆Ryuichiro Kitanishi經過6年研究清酒品質後創立的，他傳承並改良了自創業以來的先進釀造技術，釀造出理想的清酒。
