《星夜》系列是 SAIRAI 銘柄的第一款低酒精清酒。「彩來 Sara the starry night Altair 純米吟釀」為SAIRAI發佈的新系列 ，繼「VESPER」後的第二部曲，「Altair」意指「牽牛星」，其概念是牽牛星在夏季夜空所構成的大三角星星閃耀著明亮的白色光芒。目前為止SAIRAI系列一共表現了四個季節之景色。清新怡人的果香是SARIRA獨特的個性，「彩來 Sara the starry night Altair」入口令人想起柑橘的清爽香氣在口中蔓延，伴隨著微微的氣泡體感刺激舌頭。白草莓優雅溫和的甜味營造出華麗的口感，尖銳的酸度則帶來清新爽快，是一種淡雅輕快的體驗。 

埼玉縣上尾市北星酒造於 2018 年推出的限量銘柄「Sara」。「彩」以埼玉縣別名「彩之國」而命名，有「改變世界，清酒降臨彩之國」之意。「Sara」是第 5 代釀酒廠老闆 Ryuichiro Kitanishi 花費 6 年時間研究清酒品質而創立的，自創業以來傳承並不斷改良下來的先進釀造技術，釀造出理想的清酒。
