「新政 產土 預流果 生酛木桶 原酒 純米」是新政 Colors 系列中最能體現「農業 × 釀造」哲學的作品，強調土地、米種與傳統技藝的結合。木桶發酵與生酛酒母的搭配，使酒體展現出複雜而深邃的風格。

【💛❤️💙新政𝓬𝓸𝓵𝓸𝓻𝓼系列 可遇不可求😍】
新政𝓬𝓸𝓵𝓸𝓻𝓼系列，以最傳統最古老釀造法嘅生酛製造跟自家的「協會6號酵母」去製作，整個𝓬𝓸𝓵𝓸𝓻𝓼系列都是以「木桶發酵」。 酛＝酒母。生酛釀造最低消費都要用近一個月時間去生產酒母，又要令酒母培養乳酸菌等等。當生酛時，釀酒師係企係木桶嘅周圍用「櫂棒」去蒸米，又將米麹以及水混的液體mix埋，最後先製作成所需要用到嘅酵母。而家已經好少酒造會依照這古老釀酒方式，耗費人力，不過就真係好飲嘅。😋👍

新政酒造創立於德川時期的開榮5年1852年，已有百幾年歷史的傳統酒造，位於秋田縣。

近年冒起的新派清酒，你必須認識這響噹噹的名字—新政酒造。
新一代接班人佐藤祐輔，為了打破舊有固定當地人銷售對象。接管後，將曾祖父於1930年研發的6號酵母，重新以嶄新技術配合傳統釀造手法，釀出數款革命性的新派清酒，都在市場上備受追捧的夢幻品酒。
當前釀造之「協會系酵母」中，No.6（協會6號酵母）的歷史最為悠久，可見新政酒造地位舉足輕重。
