2022年SAKE TIME排名第二，僅次於十四代，就是新政Private Lab系列中的「陽乃鳥」。

「貴釀酒」是以日本最古老的釀酒方式之一，做法是在釀造過程中用酒去代替釀造用水，因此釀造出來的酒都格外甜美，這個古老釀法於日本平安時代就已經有記載。亦因為「以酒代水」來釀造，是非常高貴奢華，因此而得名貴釀酒。

陽乃鳥的香氣豐潤甜美，入口時如擁有像蜂蜜般濃厚富雜的甜味，但卻有極佳的酸度，是酸甜平衡感極佳的貴釀酒，總之，酸甜的口感令人想不停添飲！

新政酒造創立於德川時期的開榮5年1852年，已有百幾年歷史的傳統酒造，位於秋田縣。

近年冒起的新派清酒，你必須認識這響噹噹的名字—新政酒造。
新一代接班人佐藤祐輔，為了打破舊有固定當地人銷售對象。接管後，將曾祖父於1930年研發的6號酵母，重新以嶄新技術配合傳統釀造手法，釀出數款革命性的新派清酒，都在市場上備受追捧的夢幻品酒。
當前釀造之「協會系酵母」中，No.6（協會6號酵母）的歷史最為悠久，可見新政酒造地位舉足輕重。
