自 1893 年創立以來，座落於日本奈良縣葛城山腳下的「梅乃宿酒造」，便以釀造自豪的大和清酒聞名。他們守護著百年傳統，卻從不停止對新世代清酒文化的探索。除了經典清酒，更以清酒為基底研發出風靡市場的經典梅酒；同時推出保留純粹果物美味的「粗濾系列（Aragoshi）」、模糊飲品與食材界線的「大人的果肉系列（Otona no Kaniku no Numa）」。2024 年更跨界推出「UMENOYADO GIN」，持續用驚豔的工藝挑戰釀酒的無限可能。
