昭和43年(西元1968年)，日本全國第一款販售的純米大吟釀。奢侈地將特A級兵庫縣產的山田錦精米至35%，再於零度環境下熟成三年。優雅甘甜的上等吟釀香氣中，帶有柔和的熟成香味，一飲入喉，富有深度的滋味細細地於口中擴散開。「梵」系列清酒裡流露著對日本精神的自豪。「梵日本の翼純米大吟釀」曾在1996年克林頓總統訪日晚餐會上亮相，2002年日本主辦世界盃時亦用它來做歡迎晚會的乾杯酒，到了2007年更成為了政府機的機內酒，予日本首相及海外政府首腦享用。
