【不分晝夜釀出來的武藏野酒】

麻原酒造創立於明治15年1882年，位於埼玉縣青梅市。

麻原酒造源於家族生意，初期規模不大，二十多年前，生產量仍保持只有50石左右。目前麻原酒造經已傳承到第五代，生產量激增至800石。除了傳統的清酒外，燒酎也很在行，其後更發展生產紅酒、啤酒、利口酒(以蒸餾酒為原料帶有果香等風味的酒精飲品)等，種類繁多。

酒造對原料極為重視，採購回來的酒造好適米都是自家精磨而成，為了將米迎合橢圓形的形狀，因此精米的部分為扁平式精磨，可說是此酒藏的流派。酒造謹守前一代的名言－『晝夜未眠所釀造的酒，就算入睡也可以大賣』，故此酒造的設計與研究約占了五成，日夜不斷持續創新與研發。杜氏曾說：日本酒是活著的酒，因此人們到底發揮到多大的努力，這個努力也會在品飲日本酒的時候感受的到。

主打清酒「武藏野」有「黑」和「白」兩個系列。「黑」系列為純米大吟釀、純米吟釀，用的是埼玉縣產的山田錦，加上自家酵母，釀出來的酒帶有輕微炭酸的發泡感。而「白」系列清酒，所使用的另一種酒米「さけ武蔵」，也是埼玉縣產，配合自家酵母，產生了優雅的果實香。
