「産土穂増五農釀」採用江戶時代之肥後米「穂増」釀造，酒米產量稀少，香氣馥郁，所釀出來的清酒散發著濃郁的蜜瓜及奶油甜香。利用木桶及生酛釀造，為作品在香甜以外，多添一份清爽酸香及沉鬱草本香，層次豐富，帶幼滑微碳酸氣泡，輕快爽口。
