「赤紀土 KID 1.8L」來自和歌山平和酒造的特別之作。「紀土」系列的理念，是希望人們能透過清酒感受紀州的風土與歷史。酒造所在的海南市溝之口，自古便是稻作與釀酒的盛地，遺跡中留存著繩文至室町時代的生活痕跡。為了呼應這片土地的根源，酒造選用了自先史時代便傳入日本的「赤米」釀造，賦予酒液獨特的色澤與香氣。入口時，既有紀土一貫的清爽易飲，又多了一份赤米帶來的香烤氣息與如蜜般的芳香，層次深邃，餘韻悠長。這是一款能讓人同時感受到歷史厚度與現代清酒輕快感的佳釀。
