「青雲久波奈」使用三重縣產的山田錦和神の穂酒米釀成。其口感淡麗而清爽，最適合在悶熱嘅天氣飲用，帶來一點舒快感覺。「青雲久波奈」跟桑名市的特產海鮮─蛤(即是花甲)是完美配搭，當然，與其他海鮮類，如：鮑魚、生蠔等，一同配餐也是不錯的選擇。後藤酒造場的每支酒皆由匠人巧手釀造，數量限定，相當珍貴。
