「風の森 ALPHA 7 一期一會」是油長酒造一年一回的玩味之作，屬無濾過無加水生酒，以讓飲家自由混兌享受為目標的ALPHA 7，以一瓶「秋津穂」釀造而成的ALPHA 7，配上一瓶由「大和蒸溜所」所釀造的蒸溜酒「酒直し薬」組合而成。「酒直し薬」歷史悠久，在江戶時代初期的釀酒技術書籍中也有提及，其作用包括防止清酒釀造過程中的腐敗，調整已經變質的酒醪，以及使味道和香氣失去平衡的清酒再生。而此「酒直し薬」使用了肉桂樹皮，日本山椒，大和當歸，以及日本品種柑橘-大和橘去釀造及蒸餾而造，把附送的Hario量杯，隨喜好以滴管將幾滴「酒直し薬」加入ALPHA 7中，夠發現一種全新的香氣和口味，令你可深度體驗酒品的魅力。
