來自廣島竹原市「安芸小京都」的藤井酒造，自 1863 年創立以來，便以 1907 年全國首屆清酒評比冠軍的榮譽屹立不搖。這款冬季限定的「初しぼり」，採用了極具挑戰性的「蔵付き酵母（酒藏原生酵母）」，並延續傳統生酛釀造法，保留了微細觀測下的發酵深度。
