「大七酒造」堅持「生酛」傳統釀造方式，以自然微生物與藏人匠心成就品質。獨創的「超扁平研磨」技術，能均勻去除糙米表層，最大程度保留釀酒所需澱粉，提升口感純淨度並強化保存性，使清酒更加清爽、醇厚且持久耐存。
