今年冬天，大嶺延續跟日本著名插畫師Misaki Tanaka嘅合作，繼續推出這款雪女系列。一晃酒身帶有仿似雪粒嘅酒粕，冬日感覺濃濃。「霞酒」一支酒飲出不同兩種層次，十分滋味！

大嶺酒造的目標是釀製出世界性的，連外國人也會覺得好喝的日本酒。他們使用了日本百水名選之一的弁天池の湧水，商品全部為純米釀造無添加類，原料米採用本地栽培的「山田錦」，全人手釀造，「Ohmine」其特色為具有濃郁如白桃般的華麗香氣，酒體滑順柔軟，甘酸平衡，且酒精度刻意降低至只有14%，是透明感十足的佳釀。而這次最新的新酒生酒版本，比之前的更增添了清新的新鮮感，無論作為餐前酒，又或佐餐享用都一樣適合，深受米其林三星餐廳、名品發表會等所喜愛、肯定其芳醇濃郁。

酒造特別邀請瑞典的「Stockholm Design Lab (斯德哥爾摩設計實驗室)」幫「Ohmine」設計簡潔的瓶身，瓶身使用不透光玻璃瓶，令裡面的酒液不會受到陽光照射變質、同時可令產品名稱、標籤、敘述直接印於瓶身，不同於傳統瓶身，將酒標印於平面紙再貼上，1粒即純米大吟釀， 2粒即純米吟釀， 3粒即純米酒。
