來自山口縣的大嶺酒造，以「釀造世界通用的日本酒」為目標，堅持純米無添加、全人手釀造，並使用日本百水名選之一的「弁天池湧水」。

「二粒米 愛山 火入原酒」選用稀有酒米「愛山」。酒體散發荔枝與麝香葡萄的華麗果香，入口清爽滑順，酸甜平衡，愛山特有的旨味與柔和質感交織出豐富層次。

瓶身設計由藝術家河村康輔操刀，以米粒拼貼圖案呈現品牌識別，搭配極簡黑白風格，打破傳統酒標形式。酒精度刻意控制在14%，展現透明感與親和力，無論作為餐前酒或搭配刺身、白身魚等清淡料理皆宜。

此酒深受米其林三星餐廳與高端品鑑會青睞，是一款兼具藝術性與飲用性的現代清酒代表。
