來自埼玉縣北西酒造的季節限定酒款「宵の風」，是「彩來 Sara」系列中以「夏日晚風」為主題的作品，採用無濾過生原酒工藝，完整保留清酒最原始的風味與質感。開瓶時散發麝香葡萄、白桃與菠蘿的果香，入口清甜滑順，酸度舒適，餘韻帶有細緻柑橘氣息與微氣泡感，整體口感清爽、層次分明，如季節交替時的晚風輕拂臉頰。

「彩來」系列由第五代釀酒人北西隆一郎創立，名稱取自埼玉縣別稱「彩之國」，象徵清酒降臨色彩之地。酒造以複數酵母混合釀造技術打造出現代感與平衡感兼具的作品，是埼玉地酒中人氣極高的銘柄之一
