「旦山廃播州愛山純米大吟釀 720ML」是由山梨縣的笹一酒造釀製，採用兵庫縣稀有酒米「播州愛山」，並以傳統山廃仕込み工藝釀造，展現出濃厚旨味與優雅酸度的完美平衡。
笹一酒造是位於日本山梨縣大月市的百年清酒酒藏，創業可追溯至1661年，原名花田屋，1919年由初代藏元天野久改名為「笹一」，寓意「以酒為志，目標成為日本第一」。酒造堅持傳統與創新並重，自2013年起全面廢除大量生產設備，回歸手工釀造，導入最新洗米機與吟釀甑，並採用山廢酛等古法釀造，提升酒質層次。旗下代表品牌「旦」系列，以山梨縣契作酒米與富士山天然水釀製，展現出米旨味、酸度與香氣的完美平衡，深受高端餐廳與航空公司青睞。
