「追夢純米大吟釀生酒」由「苗場酒造株式會社」釀造，以M310酵母聞名，擁有香濃的水果香氣，包括巨峰葡萄與菠蘿的甜香，以及乳酪般的酸度。口感甘甜明亮，帶有微酸的氣泡感。酒造特點在於全程使用新潟融雪水，並以一段仕込（相比一般的三段仕込）方式釀造，雖然產量較少且成本較高，但能在酒醪初始階段即進行上槽取酒，使得酒體豐盈清爽，保留了醇厚的吟釀香氣和米飯的香甜味道。
