白井酒造店位於會津盆地西南部，「風吹冰溫熟成純米吟釀中取生酒」「風が吹く」選用由當地種植及獲JSA認證的有機五百万石，使用妙神嶽山的伏流水進行釀造，而且經過冰溫熟成，入口柔滑順喉。
