「釀す森純米吟釀生酒」使用的M310酵母釀造有著豐富水果香氣見稱，帶梨子、荔枝等甜香，微酸帶氣泡感，口感清新爽口。「苗場酒造株式會社」的特色，作品都使用新潟融雪水以一段仕込（一般是三段仕込）方式釀造，相對在酒醪初始的階段便進行上槽取酒，既保留醇厚的吟釀香氣和米飯的香甜米旨味道，而作品亦變得豐盈清爽。
